1 lb. powdered sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Blend powdered sugar and cocoa in mixing bowl. Add milk
and butter; do not stir. Cook 2 minutes. Stir ingredients to
blend. Add vanilla and nuts and blend well. Pour into greased
8 x 8-inch container and place in freezer for 20 minutes or
chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Cut and serve.
