CRUSTLESS QUICHE LORRAINE

9 to 10 slices cooked and
crumbled bacon
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. minced onion
4 eggs
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in 9-inch glass pie
plate. Beat eggs, milk and seasonings with rotary beater until
well blended. Pour over bacon mixture. Bake in Radarange oven
9 minutes. Stir every 3 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before
serving.
