BEEF TERIYAKI BITES

1 lb. beef tenderloin
1/4 c. sherry wine
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
30 thin bamboo skewers
5-inches long

Cut meat into 1/4-inch slices, then into 1 inch squares
to make about 90 pieces. Stir together sherry, honey and soy
sauce in a deep bowl. Let meat marinate in mixture overnight.
Take meat out of bowl and place on skewers. Place skewers on
glass plate. Microwave on High 3 1/2 to 4 minutes, rotating
dish half turn after 3 minutes. When done, let stand for 5
minutes.
