MICROWAVE BEEF STROGANOFF 1/4 c. margarine 4 medium onions, thinly sliced 1 Tbsp. dry mustard 1 Tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 2 (4 oz. each) cans mushroom stems and pieces, drained 1 c. sour cream 2 lb. boneless beef round steak, cut into thin strips hot buttered noodles Combine margarine, onion, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper in 3 quart glass casserole. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap. Microwave on Medium for about 6 minutes or until onion is partly cooked. Stir in beef; recover. Microwave on High for about 16 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in mushrooms; recover. Microwave on Slow for 20 minutes. Mix in sour cream; recover and continue cooking on Slow for 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving. Serve with noodles.
