WINE 'N' CHEESE BURGERS

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. dry red wine
6 Blue cheese cubes

Mix ground beef, parsley, onion, salt and pepper. Shape
into 6 patties. Place patties in an 8-inch round glass cake
dish. Make a depression in top of each patty. Pour wine over
the patties, cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Discard wine
marinade. Cover dish with wax paper. Cook in microwave oven 6
to 8 minutes at High or until done as desired. Turn burger
over 1/2 way through cooking. to serve, crumble cheese on each
patty.
