CHICKEN WITH DRIED BEEF

3 whole chicken breasts,
halved
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef,
cut into pieces
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes

Place chicken breasts, thick edges toward outside, in 2
quart (12 x 7-inch) glass baking dish. Cover with plastic
wrap. Microwave on High for 10 minutes; drain. Combine
remaining ingredients in mixing bowl. Turn chicken over; pour
on sauce. Recover. Microwave on Medium 15 to 16 minutes or
until chicken is fork tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes
before serving.
