HERBED CHICKEN BREASTS

1/4 c. margarine
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. leaf oregano
1 tsp. salt
2 whole chicken breasts,
halved
1/4 c. dry white wine or water

Place margarine in 2 quart (12 x 7-inch) glass baking
dish. Microwave on Medium about 1 1/2 minutes or until melted.
Add seasonings; mix well. Roll chicken breasts in seasoned
margarine. Place with thick edges toward outside, in buttered
baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on High for
10 minutes. Turn chicken over, pour on wine and continue
cooking on High for 6 to 8 minutes or until fork tender. Let
stand 5 minutes before serving.
