SESAME-COATED CHICKEN ROLLS 3 Tbsp. sesame seed 1/4 c. plain dry bread crumbs 4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 4 slices boiled ham (1 oz. each) 4 slices Swiss cheese (1 oz. each) 2 Tbsp. margarine 1/2 tsp. paprika Put sesame seed in glass pie plate. Microwave uncovered on High 8 to 10 minutes until lightly toasted, stirring 2 or 3 times. Stir in bread crumbs, turn onto sheet of waxed paper. Flatten chicken breast to 1/4-inch thickness. Season with salt and pepper; top each with slice of ham and then cheese. Roll up starting from narrow end; secure with a toothpick. Melt margarine in pie plate. Roll chicken in margarine, then coat with bread crumb mixture. Arrange seam side down in spoke- fashion on a 10-inch round plate. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover loosely with paper towel. Microwave on High 6 to 9 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn every 2 minutes, until chicken is firm and barely opaque when tested with knife. Uncover and let stand 5 minutes.
