STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE

2 c. biscuit mix
2 Tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. water
1 egg

Topping:
1/3 c. biscuit mix
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. margarine

Combine 2 cups biscuit mix, sugar, water and egg in
medium mixing bowl; mix well. Spread in 9-inch round glass
baking dish. Mix topping ingredients. Sprinkle over batter.
Microwave on Slow for 7 minutes. Microwave on High 4 to 4 1/2
minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out
clean.
