CHOCOLATE CHERRY MICROWAVE CAKE

1 pkg. chocolate fudge or
devil's food cake mix with
pudding
1 (22 oz.) can cherry pie
filling
3 eggs (or 2 eggs plus 2 Tbsp.
oil)

Mix all ingredients, stirring for 50 strokes by hand.
Pour into microwave Bundt pan which has been greased with
shortening and then sprinkled with granulated sugar. Microwave
11 minutes at 50% power, rotate and microwave 7 minutes. Let
stand 10 minutes. Invert onto serving dish.
Very moist and good as is or can be frosted with choco-
late frosting. If so, soften plastic can of chocolate frosting
in microwave at 50% power for 1 minute; stir and pour over
cake.
