MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 envelope onion soup mix 3/4 c. herb seasoned stuffing 1 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. catsup 1/4 c. brown sugar 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard Mix ground beef, onion soup mix, stuffing mix and water. Press into a microwave 4 x 8-inch loaf dish. Cover with waxed paper, microwave 10 minutes on High, turning dish several times. Pour off juice. Spread top with catsup, mustard and sugar mixture. Cook uncovered for 4 to 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 few minutes.
