MEAT LOAF (Microwavable) 2 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs 1/4 c. milk 1 egg, beaten 1/4 tsp. salt dash pepper 2 drops Tabasco sauce 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce small can tomato sauce 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix Combine all ingredients and place in microwave pan (sprayed with Pam) with hole in center. Cover with plastic wrap loosely and cook in microwave for 10 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes and cook an additional 2 to 4 minutes. May have to check cooking time since microwaves do vary. Mine usually is done in 14 minutes.
