C M T V CASSEROLE 1/2 to 1 c. celery, chopped 4 to 6 ripe, peeled and quartered "maters" 4 slices well cooked toast or 1 1/2 c. seasoned croutons 1 medium-large Vidalia onion, chopped dash of onion salt dash of garlic salt 1 stick margarine dash of Tabasco sauce Combine celery, onion, onion salt, garlic salt, 1/2 stick margarine and Tabasco sauce and cook in microwave on High for 6 to 8 minutes (stir several times). Add toast (broken up) or croutons and "maters". Mix.
