SPICY PECANS 2 Tbsp. butter 1/4 c. packed brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 2 c. pecan halves Melt butter in 1 quart bowl 1 minute. Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg together; add to butter. Stir. Add pecans and stir until well coated. Microwave 4 to 5 minutes, stirring 3 to 4 times.
