1/4 lb. lean ground beef
1 slice white bread, torn in
small pieces
2 Tbsp. milk
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Press into 10 ounce
microwave safe mug. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at 70%
(Medium-High) 4 to 5 1/2 minutes or until meat is firm, rotat-
ing mug 1/2 turn after half the time. Let stand 2 minutes.
