HEART MEAT LOAF
(Microwave)
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. milk
1 egg
1 envelope onion soup mix
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Combine beef, milk, egg and onion soup mix; mix well.
Press into glass ring shaped pan or a loaf pan. Cover with
waxed paper. Microwave 6 to 8 minutes. The ring mold will
cook faster, so check after 6 minutes. Drain juices. Combine
brown sugar, catsup and mustard; spoon over loaf. Microwave,
uncovered, for 3 to 5 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before
serving.
