SPAGHETTI SAUCE IN MICROWAVE 8 celery ribs 3 large onions 2 large green peppers 2 lb. ground chuck 1 Tbsp. chili powder 3 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoning salt garlic powder 1 tsp. pepper 1 shake basil (about 1/4 tsp.) 1/8 tsp. tarragon leaves 1 can tomato puree (large) 1 can tomato paste (small) Cut celery, onions and peppers in medium-sized pieces. Put in a 4 1/2 or 5 quart bowl or pan into microwave. Cook until tender, about 18 minutes. Take out and stir and add ground chuck. Add spices and continue cooking in microwave for another 10 or 12 minutes. Take out and stir and add tomatoes, tomato puree (large can) and tomato paste (small can). Cook about 35 minutes, turning every 5 minutes in microwave, or rotating.
