2 1/2 c. rotini
4 c. very hot water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vegetable oil
4 c. broccoli flowerets
3/4 c. carrots
1 sectioned tomato
1/2 c. olives
8 oz. Kraft Presto

Combine pasta, water, salt and oil in large microwave- 
safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on High for 16 to 20 minutes
or until tender. Test every 2 minutes after first 12 minutes.
Drain and rinse in cold water; set aside. Combine broccoli and
carrots in mixing bowl. Cover. Microwave on High for 4
minutes or until crispy-tender, slightly cool. Add pasta,
tomatoes, parsley, olives and salad dressing to bowl. Mix and
chill. Serves 4.
For variety, add bacon bits, pepperoni, cheese strips,
ham and/or hard-boiled eggs.
