MUSHROOMS WITH HERBS

1 1/2 lb. mushrooms (1-inch
diameter)
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
1 tsp. each: dry basil and
oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. each: thyme leaves
and garlic salt

Carefully remove mushroom stems and reserve them for
other uses. Set caps aside. Place butter in 1 1/2-quart
casserole. Microwave, uncovered, on High for 1 minute. Add
onion, basil, oregano, thyme, garlic, salt, lime juice and
sherry; mix well. Stir in mushroom caps. Microwave, uncov-
ered, on High for 5 to 6 minutes (stirring every 2 minutes) or
until mushrooms are fork-tender. Makes 4 servings.
