HOT CRABMEAT DIP 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 cans crabmeat (6 1/2 oz.), rinsed and drained 1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 Tbsp. minced green onion 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper Place cream cheese in medium bowl. Microwave at Medium until softened, 1 to 2 minutes, stirring once. Shred crabmeat. Stir into cream cheese with remaining ingredients. Microwave at Medium until dip is heated through, 4 to 7 minutes. If using oven other than Sharp Carousel, stir twice during cooking time. Serve hot with fresh veggies or wheat crackers, if desired.
