1 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs
salt and pepper

Total cooking time: 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Preheat 9-inch
browning dish on High (Max power) 2 minutes. Add butter and
allow to melt. Tip dish to coat surface. Break eggs into dish
and pierce yolks. Sprinkle lightly with dash of salt and
pepper. Cover with lid; cook on High (Max power) 30 to 60
seconds, according to your preference in yolk firmness. Let
stand for 1 minute before serving.
