BRANDIED PEACHES 1 (29 oz.) can peach halves, drained (reserve 1/2 c. syrup) 1/4 to 1/2 c. brandy 1 tsp. lemon juice toasted coconut 2/3 c. peach or pineapple preserves Power level, High; approximate cooking time, 4 minutes. In baking dish, arrange peaches. Combine reserved syrup, preserves, brandy and lemon juice. Pour over peaches; top with coconut. Heat, covered, 3 to 4 minutes on High until heated through. Serve warm or chilled. Yields about 4 servings.
