CHOCOLATE COBBLESTONES 1 lb. chocolate confectioners or candy coating 2 c. miniature marshmallows 2 Tbsp. shortening 1 c. salted peanuts If candy coating is in solid pieces, break into squares. Place in single layer in 2-quart casserole with shortening. Microwave at 50% (Medium) 3 to 5 minutes or until pieces are soft, stirring after 3 minutes. Stir in peanuts, then marsh- mallows, using as few strokes as possible. Spread on wax paper to 9-inch square. Let stand until firm. Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
