PORK CHOPS AND DRESSING 4 pork chops 1/2 c. water 2 Tbsp. flour 2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix (crumb type) 1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces, undrained 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. water Brown chops on both sides in 8-inch (2-quart) glass skillet over medium high heat. Set aside; stir mushrooms into pan drippings. Combine water, flour and salt in 2-cup glass measure. Stir in mushrooms. Microwave on High, uncovered, 1 to 2 minutes or until boiling, stirring once. Place 1/2 of stuffing mix in skillet or 9 x 13-inch pan with pan drippings. Mix in 1/4 cup of water. Arrange pork chops evenly over stuffing mixture. Combine remaining stuffing with 1/4 cup water; spoon over chops. Pour mushroom sauce over stuffing. Cover with casserole lid. Microwave on High 5 minutes. Then microwave at Medium 20 to 25 minutes or until meat is tender.
