1/2 c. butter or margarine
3 c. crumbled cornbread
1 c. dry bread crumbs
3 c. chopped cooked turkey
1 1/4 c. turkey or chicken
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of
mushroom soup
1 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Place butter in a large glass mixing bowl. Microwave at
High 1 to 2 minutes or until melted. Add cornbread and bread
crumbs. Stir to coat. Add other ingredients and combine
thoroughly. Spread mixture into a buttered 2 quart casserole.
Cover with waxed paper. Microwave at High 10 to 12 minutes.
Let stand, covered, 2 minutes before serving.
