DANISH APPLE PIE|
7 cooking apples, peeled,
cored and sliced
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 baked 9-inch pie shell
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
Place apple slices in a large mixing bowl. Mix sugar,
flour, salt and cinnamon. Add to apples and stir to coat.
Pour apples into baked pie shell. Spread evenly. Mix together
remaining ingredients for topping and sprinkle over apples.
Cook on High (Max power) 12 to 14 minutes or until apples are
fork tender. Cool before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
