1 head cauliflower
4 slices bacon
5 slices cheese
1/2 tsp. mustard
2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. flour
Wash and clean cauliflower. Wrap in plastic wrap.
Punch hole in the top. Process on High about 7 minutes,
turning about every 2 minutes. Set aside in casserole dish
with lid. Cook 4 slices of bacon wrapped in paper towel for 4
minutes. Make Cheese Sauce below and unwrap cauliflower and
pour over the top. Sprinkle bacon over the top.
Cheese Sauce: Heat milk, mustard and flour on High for
2 minutes. Add cheese slices. Process on High for about 2
minutes or until cheese melts and becomes thick.
