3 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sugar
1 pkg. instant chicken
1/8 tsp. garlic
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 medium onion
1 lb. boneless chicken, cut
into pieces
1 head fresh broccoli
flowerets (cauliflower or
zucchini can also be used)

In small bowl, combine water, soy sauce, cornstarch,
sugar, bouillon and garlic; set aside. Preheat 10-inch
browning dish at High 5 minutes. Pour in oil. Add onions,
chicken and broccoli. Stir until sizzling stops. Cover.
Microwave at High 6 to 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
Add soy sauce mixture, stirring to coat chicken. Microwave 2
to 3 minutes or until sauce thickens. Can be served over rice
or chow mein noodles.
