MICROWAVE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 1 box 10X sugar 1/2 c. peanut butter (creamy or crunchy) 1 stick butter or margarine 1/4 c. milk another 1/2 c. peanut butter Dump sugar, peanut butter and milk in microwave-safe bowl, then place stick of butter or margarine on top. Put in microwave on #8 for 2 1/2 minutes. Take out and add 1/2 cup peanut butter. Beat with electric mixer until thoroughly mixed. (Mixture will be crumbly.) Press into an 8 x 8-inch dish or pan. Place in refrigerator to chill.
