MICROWAVE CHICKEN AND RICE|
2 lb. chicken parts
3 Tbsp. oleo
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 tsp. instant bouillon
3/4 c. raw rice
Place chicken in 3-quart casserole. Pour melted oleo
over chicken. Cover and cook for 8 minutes; turn 2 times.
Combine remaining ingredients and spoon around chicken. Cover.
Cook 15 minutes. Rearrange chicken every 5 minutes. Let stand
10 minutes before serving.
