SHRIMP NEWBURG MICROWAVE 1 can cream of shrimp soup 2 Tbsp. sharp Cheddar cheese spread 2 Tbsp. margarine 2 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. grated lemon rind 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas 1/2 lb. or 1 (9.6 oz.) can cooked shrimp cooked rice In 2-quart casserole, combine soup, cheese, margarine, mustard and lemon rind. Stir well. Add peas. Cover and cook 6 minutes on High in microwave, stirring after 3 minutes. Add shrimp; cook uncovered for 6 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes.
