HOT CHOCOLATE 2 oz. (2 sq.) unsweetened chocolate 1 c. water 4 Tbsp. sugar dash of salt 3 c. milk miniature marshmallows Put chocolate and water in a 2-quart casserole and heat in microwave oven 5 minutes at Normal or High, until the chocolate melts. Stir in sugar and salt. Stir in milk gradu- ally and heat to boiling in microwave, about 4 to 6 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from microwave. Beat with a rotary beater. Pour over miniature marshmallows in cups or mugs. Serves 4 to 6.
