SCRAMBLED EGGS

4 eggs
1/4 c. milk or cream
dash of salt to taste
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Beat eggs; add milk and salt to taste. Melt butter in a
round glass cake or pie dish (about 15 seconds). Pour egg
mixture into the dish. Cook in microwave oven 2 minutes at
Normal. Stir. Cook 1 minute more at Normal or until nearly
set. Remove from oven. Stir and allow to stand a few minutes
before serving. Serves 2.
