SHELIA'S APPLE CRISP 6 c. cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced 1/3 c. unsifted all-purpose flour 2/3 c. quick-cooking rolled oats 3/4 c. packed brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. butter or margarine 1/2 tsp. nutmeg Place apple slices in 2-quart (8 x 8-inch) glass baking dish. Combine flour, oats, sugar and spices in medium mixing bowl. Cook 30 seconds on High. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over apples. Cook on High for 12 to 14 minutes or until apples are tender. Yield: 5 to 6 servings.
