ARTICHOKE CHILI DIP

2 medium jars marinated
artichoke hearts or crowns
1 medium can artichokes,
packed in water
1 (7 oz.) can diced green
chilies
1 brick (3/4 lb.) sharp
Cheddar, grated

Chop all ingredients. Mix together, except Cheddar
cheese, and dump in 9 or 10-inch pie dish. Mix in small amount
of grated sharp Cheddar cheese. Spread mayonnaise in thin
layer over the top. Sprinkle the rest of the grated Cheddar
over the top. Put in microwave on High until cheese bubbles
(about 5 minutes). Or bake in 350 degrees oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
