SWEET AND SOUR PORK

1/8 c. oil
2 carrots, sliced
2 lb. pork loin, country-style
spareribs, trimmed
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 can chunk pineapple, with
juice
brown sugar

Mix oil and carrots together; cook 3 minutes on High.
Add pork, green pepper and onion. Mix cornstarch with juice
from pineapples. Stir together with pork mixture. Top with
brown sugar and pineapple chunks. Cook 10 minutes on High;
stir. Cook 5 minutes on High; stir. Cook 5 more minutes on
High without cover.
