MICROWAVE CHEESE SAUCE|
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c milk
1 (2 oz.) grated Cheddar
dash of cayenne pepper
In a 1 quart glass container place fat and flour.
Microwave on High for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
Gradually add milk, stirring. Microwave on High for 3 1/2 to 4
minutes, stirring every minute until mixture boils. To this
sauce, add the grated Cheddar cheese and a dash of cayenne
pepper. Microwave on High for 1 minute to melt the cheese.
