DOWN ON THE FARM BREAKFAST ("For Omelet Lovers") 1 (9 oz.) carton frozen French fried potatoes 1/4 c. chopped green peppers 1/4 c. chopped onion 2 Tbsp. cooking oil 1/2 c. cubed, cooked ham 4 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. milk dash of salt Heat frozen potatoes in box on High for 4 to 5 minutes; chop potatoes. In 8-inch round baking dish, combine green pepper, onion and oil. Cook, uncovered, for 4 minutes on High. Stir in potatoes and ham. Combine eggs, milk and salt; pour over ham mixture. Cook 5 1/2 minutes on High, stirring. Serves 4.
