1/2 lb. dark chocolate
1/2 lb. white chocolate
1/2 lb. milk chocolate
assorted fruits and nuts

Place dark chocolate in a 4 cup glass measure; cook on
High for 2 to 3 minutes or just until chocolate appears shiny
(chocolate will hold its shape). Stir until smooth. Dip
fruits or nuts into chocolate, one at a time, leaving part of
fruit uncovered. Place in candy cups or on waxed paper while
chocolate sets. Repeat with remaining white chocolate, milk
chocolate, fruit and nuts. Makes about 70. One-half pound
chocolate yields about 16 large dipped strawberries, 32 mara-
schino cherries, 32 pineapple spears, etc.
