CHICKEN TAMALE PIE
("For Spanish Food Lovers")
1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar cheese
soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 (5 oz.) cans boned chicken
or 1 1/2 c. cubed chicken
3/4 c. Minute type rice
2 (15 oz.) cans tomatoes

In an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish, combine soup, tomato
sauce, chicken and rice. Heat, covered, on High for 5 minutes.
Stir. Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid. Stir liquid into
casserole. Arrange tomatoes atop. Heat, covered, for 12
minutes on High or until rice is done. Serves 4 to 6.
