MICROWAVE QUICK MEAL|
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 can chicken-mushroom soup
1 soup can water
1 soup can instant rice
salt and pepper to taste
Velveeta cheese (optional)
Brown hamburger on High for 7 minutes or until done,
stirring frequently. Drain fat. Add soup, water and rice; mix
well. Cook on High for 5 minutes. Stir halfway through. Add
slices or chunks of cheese to top of dish. Place back in
microwave on High 3 to 5 minutes until cheese melted and rice
done. Serve with a salad for a quick, easy meal. Serves 4 to
