MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. soft oleo
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
4 qt. popped corn

Cook brown sugar, oleo, Karo and salt on High in micro-
wave bowl, for 4 minutes, stirring after each minute. Add soda
and vanilla; stir and pour over popped corn in a doubled paper
bag. Shake well and microwave 1 1/2 minutes on High. Shake
again and microwave 1 1/2 minutes. Pour into pan and stir to
separate.
