3 to 4 lb. beef roast

Place thawed beef roast fat side down on a microwave
roasting rack. Season as desired, but do not use salt.
Microwave 6 minutes per pound on High. Turn roast fat side up
and microwave on Medium for 5 minutes per pound or insert
temperature probe and bring to 150 degrees. Cover roast tightly with
foil and let stand for 20 minutes to finish cooking.
