MICROWAVE HAMBURG STROGANOFF 1 lb. ground beef 1 small onion, chopped 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms with juice 1/2 tsp. instant beef bouillon 1 c. sour cream Crumble hamburg into plastic colander and add chopped onion. Set colander in glass pie plate and microwave, uncov- ered, on High for 6 minutes. Place cooked meat in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add remaining ingredients to casserole, stirring well. Cover and microwave on High for 7 to 8 minutes, until heated through. Serve over noodles or rice. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
