4 c. water
1/2 c. Irish whiskey
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
2 1/2 to 3 Tbsp. instant
3 Tbsp. sugar

Combine water, coffee and sugar in a 6 cup glass bowl or
microwave proof pitcher. Microwave, uncovered, on Cook for 10
to 13 minutes, being sure to stir twice. Pour coffee into
mugs. Stir in whiskey and top with whip cream.
