LEMON PUDDING SAUCE 1 (3 oz.) pkg. regular lemon pudding mix 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/4 c. water 1 Tbsp. butter 1 tsp. grated lemon peel 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg 1 c. milk In a 1 1/2 quart glass bowl, stir together pudding mix, peel, sugar and nutmeg. Gradually add water. Blend to make a smooth paste. Stir in milk. Microwave, uncovered, on Cook for 7 1/2 to 9 minutes, or until thick and bubbly. Stir every minute. At first, sauce will look lumpy. Beat in butter until sauce is smooth. Serve warm over cake or fruit.
