1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Combine all ingredients, except tomato sauce, in a 1 1/2
quart glass bowl. Cover. Microwave on Cook for 4 minutes,
stir once. Stir in tomato sauce; cover. Microwave on Cook for
