1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 to 3 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
Combine onion and oil in a 1 quart glass bowl. Micro-
wave on Cook, uncovered, for 4 to 5 minutes, or until onion is
soft. Add remaining ingredients. Cover. Microwave on Cook
for 4 minutes, then again for 9 minutes. Stir 3 times.
