SWEET AND SOUR TUNA CRACKERS

1/2 (7 oz.) can tuna, well
drained
3 Tbsp. crushed pineapple,
drained
24 crackers or melba toast
rounds
4 Tbsp. softened cream cheese
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/8 tsp. curry powder

Flake tuna and combine with all remaining ingredients,
except crackers, in a 1 quart mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly.
Spread mixture thoroughly on all 24 crackers or toast rounds.
Arrange 12 pieces on a paper plate. Microwave on Cook, uncov-
ered, for 2 1/2 to 4 minutes or until crackers are bubbling.
Repeat with 12 remaining crackers.
