CURRIED CHICKEN BALLS

1 1/2 c. minced, cooked
chicken
2 Tbsp. dry onion flakes
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. finely chopped raisins
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg, lightly beaten

Mix together all ingredients, except egg and 1 cup bread
crumbs. Shape into 24 balls. Dip balls into beaten egg, then
roll in crumbs. Arrange 12 pieces in a circle on a paper plate
and microwave, uncovered, on Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until
heated through. Repeat procedure with remaining 12 pieces.
Serve with curry flavored mayonnaise.
